Born out of the Honda Civic design, the Civic Tyre R has taken a radical design and pushed it to the limits. It has become a completely different car; separate in its own right. With its low grille, aggressive lines and flared wheel arches, the Tyre R doesn't leave much to the imagination about it's ability on the road. But the design speaks volumes about its performance. Using triangles - the strongest geometrical shape known to man - we have created a revolutionary new styling for the Tyre R. The result is a distinctive blend of style and strength, performance and power.

In motor sports, a split second can be the difference between first and second on the podium. So it's vital that all the tools and information the driver needs are perfectly positioned around him. Developing this idea for the Honda Civic range lead to the creation of the Dual Zone dashboard. The entire driver zone is designed so you can absorb the information you need without taking your eyes off the road. This connects you to both the road and the car allowing you to make faster, safer and more effective driving decisions.
It's not just the controls that have to feel right. You only have to take a seat in the finely stitched Alcantara bucket seats to get the feelings of being behind the wheel of a finely tuned racing vehicle. All you have to do now is push the start button.
